no silos here, just plenty of space to make things better! :)\nABOUT THE ROLE\n Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (screening, interviewing, offering)\nActive candidate sourcing - direct search (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other talent platforms)\nCollaborating closely with IT leaders and managers across departments\nRunning onboarding sessions for new joiners\nUsing AI tools to optimise day-to-day recruiting work\nDelivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage\nPreparing recruitment progress reports and working on KPIs\nWorking with HR, payroll, administration, and marketing teams\nRepresenting RHAELM at job fairs and employer branding events\nProposing and implementing process improvements, because your ideas are genuinely welcome here :)\nYOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE\nAt least 1,5 -
