Every layer of our infrastructure reports into it- from facility and power, network fabrics, bare-metal hostsand their management controllers, to GPUs, the control plane, and the managed Kubernetes running above it.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nBuilding andmaintainingcore platform infrastructure:Managing Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, artifact registries, and identity & secretsmanagement systems\nDriving automation and tooling:Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), streamlining operational workflows, and developing tools for engineering and ops teams\nEnsuring reliability andsecurity:Focusing on supply chain security, deployment repeatability, and production environment stability\n Coding for automation andintegration:Writing code primarily for smart process automations, system integrations, and batch operations (e.g., data migrations, auto-synchronizations)\nYOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE\nA track recordof designing, buildingand running production observability platforms at scale (LGTM stack or ELK): metrics with long retention and high cardinality, log aggregationand distributed tracing \nDeep experience withOpenTelemetry : instrumenting applications and infrastructure, and building telemetry pipelines (collection, processing, sampling, routing) \nExperience defining SLIs/SLOs and alerting strategies\nAn observability-as-code mindset: dashboards, alerting rules and data sources versioned and validatedin CI \nA solid DevOps foundation:hands-on Kubernetes operations, IaCin production (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD and GitOps\nLinux knowledge at the level of diagnosing problems, plus professional Python experience (async programming, FastAPI) for building tooling, exportersand integrations \nOwnership of architectural decisions and the ability to set observability standards across teams \nEnglish at B2+ level or higher \nNICE TO HAVE\nMulti-tenant observability with real per-tenant isolation (queries, retention, encryption keys) \nLow-level telemetry: eBPF, hardware and network devices (SNMP, syslog, gNMI, BMC interfaces), GPU accelerators and RDMA networking \nContinuous profiling \nGolang, e.g.for extending OpenTelemetryCollector or writing exporters \nAdvanced platform skills: self-managed Kubernetes, packaging and versioning manifests, software-defined storage \nSecurity fundamentals: secrets management, PKI, mTLSand automating the certificate lifecycle \nSIEM experience: normalization, event taxonomy, index design, capacity planning\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWork on every layer of an AI Factory -
