In this role, you'll drive the growth and profitability of the Commercial & Corporate Bancassurance portfolio through strategic business development, client relationship management, and operational leadership. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional insurance solutions, strengthen client partnerships, and achieve business objectives.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAssist the Head, Commercial & Corporate Bancassurance in the supervision of the department to ensure that the department is run in a systematic manner resulting in achievement of department and company goals.\nEnsure that Departments targets, budgets and business plans are met.\nLiaison with other Heads of Department to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations.\nService To Clients\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders responsible for insurance matters.\nProvide clients with accurate and up-to-date advice on insurance coverage, industry guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Ensure timely response to client enquiries, quotations, and service requests.\nFacilitate the efficient flow of information and documentation between clients and the Company.\nManage policy renewals by issuing renewal notices, preparing policy summaries, and following up to secure renewals.Review clients' insurance portfolios and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements and additional insurance solutions.\nAssist clients in assessing and reviewing sums insured, particularly for Fire, Business Interruption (Consequential Loss), and Group Hospitalization & Surgical (GHS) policies.\nBusiness Development\nIdentify new prospective clients and endeavor to secure the businessTo monitor competitors activities so as to ensure our products and services remain competitive to sustain growth. \nMonitor Client Performance\nTo monitor closely the profitability of the clients with a view to recommending suitable risk improvement measures for implementation, and to making decisions on reducing or increasing the rate/premium or accommodating less favorable business or terms.\nPremium Collection\nTo ensure that premium due from clients are collected promptly in line with PIAM, Insurance Act requirements and/or the company rules.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. \nAt least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services, bancassurance, banking, or insurance industry. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing corporate marketing, B2B marketing, lead generation, partnership marketing, and business growth initiatives. \nGood understanding of bancassurance products, financial services, and the corporate banking landscape.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management and business partners. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing campaign performance and business outcomes. \nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a cross-functional environment. \nSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.\nWhat We Offer\nAt RHB Banking Group, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where you can grow and perform at your best.
