- Plans, develops, implements and manages sales office and operations to achieve the area target
- Manages, supervises and leads sub-ordinates to achieve overall business budget
- Motivates and enhances the performance of sales teams to maximise local market business opportunities
- Oversees resource management, including capacity planning, productivity, staff discipline and compliance
- Reviews weekly sales targets / activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met
- Maintains awareness of competitors’ activities and industry best practices
- Ensures cross selling and deep selling (consumers to hold more than one product)
- Approves quality credits as per approving matrix
- Ensures daily operations of designated area are working within TAT
- Attends to LDC and operational issues tactfully and diligently
- Maximises sales office’s profitability and other KPIs set for the Division
- Holds regular meetings with designated area staff to cascade management’s directions, goals and guidelines, etc.
- Maintains good rapport with business associates to ensure service standards on turnaround time for credit application processing and approval are consistently met
