Support and Customer Service\nSupport Wealth Managers in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients to drive client satisfaction and retention.\nPartner with Wealth Managers, internal stakeholders, and service providers to ensure timely processing of transactions and seamless service delivery.\nAct as the primary interface for client instructions, including monitoring fund transfers, preparing documentation, and coordinating loan disbursement instructions.\nRespond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information on banking products and services.\nIdentify and escalate client service issues and operational concerns to management in a timely manner.\nAssist Wealth Managers in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through ongoing account support.\nProvide marketing and administrative support for account opening, account maintenance, transaction processing, and other client service requirements.\nContribute to process enhancement and service improvement initiatives to elevate the client experience.\nBackroom Support and Processing\nPrepare and process account opening, account closure, and account update documentation while ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.\nFollow up proactively on client requests, inquiries, and outstanding matters.\nTrack and monitor outstanding documentation and fee payments from clients.\nEnsure efficient, accurate, and high-quality service delivery in accordance with established service standards.\nPrepare monthly reports and ad-hoc management reports for performance monitoring and business reporting.\nManage office supplies and administrative requirements to support smooth daily operations.\nCompliance and Risk Management\nEnsure adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operating procedures.\nSupport risk assessment activities and assist in implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures.\nMaintain high standards of governance, compliance, and operational controls.\nProtect the reputation and integrity of the Bank through responsible and compliant conduct.\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 1-3 years of experience in banking, wealth management, customer service, client servicing, or a related financial services environment.\nStrong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with high-net-worth clients.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.\nProactive, service-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.\nSound knowledge of banking products, operational processes, and regulatory requirements would be an advantage.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office
