deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing solutions.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\nAcquire new-to-bank customers and proactively manage an assigned portfolio of existing clients to grow and strengthen customer relationships.\nPromote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of banking products and services, including deposits, bancassurance, wealth management, and financing solutions.\nConduct regular financial needs analyses and provide personalized financial advisory services to help clients achieve their financial goals.\nBuild long-term relationships through continuous engagement and proactive portfolio management.\nAchieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth, revenue generation, and profitability of the Team.\nEnsure all customer servicing and sales activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and service standards.\nAdhere strictly to regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.\nMonitor market developments and identify opportunities to offer relevant financial solutions to clients.\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nMinimum 5-8 years of experience in relationship management in commercial or corporate banking, or a related financial services environment.\nProven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving sales targets.\nStrong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, investments, bancassurance, and financing solutions.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong consultative selling and financial advisory capabilities.\nCustomer-focused, results-driven, and highly motivated to succeed.\nGood understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC compliance standards.\nStrong analytical, planning, and organizational
