Infrastructure Management\nDesign, implement, maintain, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.\nConfigure and troubleshoot Cisco and Huawei network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.\nMonitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability of network services.\nPerform network capacity planning, upgrades, and technology refresh activities.\nRouting & Switching\nConfigure and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network services.\nImplement and troubleshoot routing protocols such as:OSPF\nBGP\nEIGRP\nStatic Routing\n\nConfigure VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, and network redundancy solutions.\nConduct root cause analysis for network incidents and performance issues.\nCisco Unified Communications (CUCM)\nAdminister and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).\nManage IP Telephony infrastructure, SIP trunks, voice gateways, and call routing.\nTroubleshoot voice quality issues, call failures, and telephony-related incidents.\nSupport integrations with collaboration and communication platforms.\nF5 Load Balancer Administration\nConfigure and manage F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers.\nCreate and maintain Virtual Servers, Pools, Health Monitors, and SSL profiles.\nTroubleshoot application delivery and load balancing issues.\nImplement high availability and traffic optimization solutions.\nOperations & Support\nProvide Level 2/Level 3 support for network and voice infrastructure.\nParticipate in incident management, problem management, and change management processes.\nCreate and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.\nWork closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.\nParticipate in on-call support and maintenance activities as required.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.\n5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.\nStrong experience with:Cisco Routing and Switching\nHuawei Campus and DC Routing and Switching\nCisco Unified
