Squad Leads and delivery teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation plans.\nAnalyze business processes, gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.\nReview business and functional requirements to ensure completeness and alignment with business objectives.\nReview and validate System Integration Testing (SIT) scope, test scenarios, and quality outcomes.\nIdentify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.\nDrive operational excellence by promoting delivery best practices, process optimization, and high-quality execution standards.\nBuild a strong understanding of application functionality and business operations to recommend system and process improvements.\nProvide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate root cause analysis to ensure system stability.\nSupport post-implementation activities, including issue resolution, user support, and solution adoption.\nEnsure compliance with technology governance, audit requirements, risk controls, and organizational delivery processes throughout the application lifecycle\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.\n3-7 years of experience in application delivery, business analysis, system implementation, or IT project delivery.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and change management processes.\nExperience working with business stakeholders, vendors, development teams, and cross-functional project squads.\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in requirement analysis, testing coordination, and production support activities.\nKnowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and application lifecycle management.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.\nFamiliarity with
