This role works closely with licensed representatives to facilitate smooth and efficient trading activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n1. Order Entry Support\nInput and process trading orders accurately and promptly in the trading system on behalf of the licensed representative. Eg; Dealer’s Representative / Remisier / IVT.\nEnsure all order details are correctly entered in accordance with instructions provided by the licensed representative.\n2. Trade Documentation and Record Maintenance\nMaintain proper and systematic records of trading documentation.\nEnsure trading records are updated, properly filed, and securely stored in accordance with the Bank’s record-keeping policies.\n3. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence\nPerform all duties in compliance with applicable Acts, laws, rules and regulations of the relevant Exchange(s) and Depository.\nObserve and comply with all directives and guidelines issued by regulatory authorities, including Information Technology and the Bank’s internal policies and procedures.\n4. Trading Operations Support\nWork closely with the licensed representative to ensure smooth and uninterrupted day-to-day trading operations.\nAssist in trade monitoring, confirmation processes and operational support to facilitate efficient trading activities.\n5.
