judgment and taste, moves quickly from first principles to production, and thrives with significant ownership in an early-stage environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn 01 AI product areas from concept through production.\nBuild across the stack, including user-facing interfaces, agent workflows, model orchestration, and infrastructure.\nTurn frontier AI capabilities into simple, useful, and reliable products.\nPrototype rapidly and make key product and technical decisions.\nWork directly with users to understand workflows and iterate quickly.\nHelp shape product architecture and technical direction as an early team member.\nExperiment with new models, tools, and approaches to improve product capabilities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExceptional software engineering ability with strong product judgment and taste.\nExperience shipping successful user-facing products, ideally from 01.\nStrong knowledge of modern AI systems and experience productizing AI models.\nAbility to operate across product, engineering, models, and infrastructure rather than within a narrow specialty.\nEvidence of exceptional ownership-such as founding a company, owning a major product, or shipping consequential work.\nHigh agency, ambition, speed, and ability to operate with significant autonomy.\nStrong intuition for turning complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.\nComfortable working directly with users and rapidly incorporating feedback.\nExcited to build in an intense, highly entrepreneurial early-stage environment.\nStrong Plus\nExperience at a frontier AI or high-growth AI company.\nAgentic AI / AI agent product experience.\nPrevious founder, founding engineer, or early-team experience.\nExperience training, fine-tuning, or working deeply with models.\nSuccessful independent products, startups, or open-source projects.\nEvidence of exceptional achievement in technical, quantitative, or competitive
