production software.\nStrong full-stack development experience, particularly with TypeScript.\nBackend proficiency in Python or Go.\nExperience designing and building applications, APIs, and backend systems end-to-end.\nStrong understanding of data modeling, system architecture, and software engineering fundamentals.\nDemonstrated ownership of products or substantial technical features.\nAbility to work independently and solve ambiguous problems.\nHigh agency, strong product instincts, and a bias toward execution.\nComfortable working in an early-stage startup
