You'll work across frontend, backend, and data layers while thinking deeply about how real users interact with what you build.\nYou'll have significant ownership and the freedom to experiment, ship quickly, learn from users, and continuously improve the product.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and own user-facing web and mobile experiences end to end.\nShip high-quality features from concept through production.\nWork across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.\nDesign and improve data models as the product and user base scale.\nOptimize application performance, latency, and API patterns.\nBuild intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows.\nPartner directly with users to understand pain points and identify opportunities.\nRun product experiments and use data and user behavior to guide decisions.\nContribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions.\nContinuously improve product quality, reliability, and usability.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong full-stack software engineering skills.\nSolid understanding of databases, data modeling, APIs, and application architecture.\nStrong frontend development capabilities.\nGenuine product intuition and an eye for UX, usability, and interaction design.\nExperience shipping real applications or features to production.\nAbility to think through performance, latency, scalability, and data requirements.\nStrong engineering fundamentals and attention to technical quality.\nHigh ownership and ability to operate independently.\nStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to work from first principles.\nInterest in understanding users rather than building exclusively from specifications.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.\nStrong Candidates May Have\nExperience at an early-stage or rapidly scaling startup.\nBuilt and launched their own apps, products, or side projects.\nPrevious founder or founding-engineer experience.\nMobile development experience.\nExperience building consumer-facing products.\nExperience with analytics, experimentation, or A/B testing.\nStrong design sensibility alongside engineering skills.\nOpen-source contributions or other independently shipped technical work.\nA traditional background or specific university pedigree isn't required.
