long-term professional growth within a collaborative legal team.\nWhat You'll Do\nRepresent private equity sponsors, strategic investors, and corporate clients in M&A and other transactional matters.\nManage transactions from initial structuring and negotiation through due diligence, documentation, and closing.\nDraft and negotiate purchase agreements and other complex corporate transaction documents.\nWork directly with founders, executives, investors, and business owners.\nCoordinate transaction teams, manage deal timelines, and oversee closing processes.\nCollaborate with partners and other practice groups on sophisticated corporate matters.\nDevelop and maintain strong client relationships.\nWhat We're Looking For\n 4-7 years of corporate transactional experience, with significant private equity and M&A exposure.\nJ.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.\nAdmission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission.\nDemonstrated experience managing meaningful components of transactions through closing.\nStrong drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and deal execution skills.\nAbility to articulate specific transaction experience, including deal sizes, responsibilities, and outcomes.\nExcellent academic credentials, legal writing, and communication skills.\nStrong professional judgment, client-service orientation, and ability to work
