and high-availability services.\n\nDevelop data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing production data at scale.\n\nBuild and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment systems.\n\nImprove CI/CD, developer tooling, and local development environments.\n\nOwn observability across metrics, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing.\n\nImprove platform reliability, performance, and broad ownership of platform initiatives from design through production.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, backend, or distributed systems engineering.\n\nStrong production experience with Go.\n\nDeep experience with Kubernetes and containerized production environments.\n\nStrong cloud infrastructure experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.\n\nExperience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tooling.\n\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, networking, storage, and production reliability.\n\nExperience building or operating production data pipelines.\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD and observability systems.\n\nStrong software engineering and system-design fundamentals.\n\nHigh ownership and ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment.\n\nStrong Plus\nExperience building internal developer platforms or infrastructure used by other engineers.\n\nPostgreSQL or other production database experience.\n\nSecurity-focused infrastructure experience.\n\nAuthentication, authorization, or access-control systems.\n\nExperience operating highly available enterprise
