Software Engineer who wants to build real products and grow quickly in a startup environment.\nYou'll work across the product and engineering stack, ship features directly to users, and take fundamentals.\n\nProficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Java, or C++.\n\nExperience building real software through internships, professional work, side projects, research, open source, or your own startup.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, databases, data structures, and application architecture.\n\nComfortable using AI coding tools as part of your development workflow.\n\nStrong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.\n\nHigh ownership, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity.\n\nStrong communication and ability to work collaboratively.\n\nStrong Plus\nPrevious startup or high-growth company experience.\n\nImpressive side projects or independently launched products.\n\nFull-stack development experience.\n\nCloud or infrastructure experience.\n\nAI/LLM product experience.\n\nOpen-source contributions, hackathons, technical competitions, or research.\n\nFounder or entrepreneurial
