automate manual processes.\nBuild AI-powered workflows and agents that operate autonomously in the background.\nDevelop full-stack features and internal applications from idea through production.\nIntegrate APIs, external data sources, and business systems.\nWork closely with sales and growth teams to identify opportunities where software can create significant leverage.\nExperiment rapidly, measure results, and iterate.\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-5 years of software engineering experience.\nStrong full-stack development skills.\nExperience with TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.\nExperience building production applications, APIs, and data pipelines.\nInterest or hands-on experience with LLMs, AI/ML, or AI-powered automation.\nStrong product instincts and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.\nHigh ownership and ability to operate independently.\nComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.\nAble to work in person in New York City.\nStrong Plus\nReact or Next.js experience.\nExperience building internal tools or growth infrastructure.\nSales-tech, GTM engineering, or revenue-automation experience.\nExperience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows.\nExperience working with messy or unstructured datasets.\nEarly-stage startup or founding-team
