They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile applications. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.\n Design and develop mobile applications for the Android and/or iOS platforms\nDevelop and improve software architecture, testing strategies, developer tooling, and UX for our mobile applications\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features\nWork with product managers and QA to support validation activities\nEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications\nParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality\nContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency\nParticipate in the development of technical documentation\nWorks under some supervision of department leadership with independence on projects in scope. \nOther duties as assigned\n An innovative solution-first spirit and an ability to think creatively\n3+ years of experience in mobile apps development\nBachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent training and experience\nProficient in Swift and/or Kotlin\nExperience with modern mobile app development frameworks (e.g., SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose)\nUnderstanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum\nExperience with version control systems such as Git\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nStrong critical thinking skills, and a keen attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts\nDemonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment\nExperience with LLM coding agents\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform mobile app development frameworks\nExperience with cloud technologies and services such as AWS, Azure, or Firebase\nExperience with IOT and smart connected products (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi APIs)\nExperience with mobile app security best practices\nExperience with mobile app analytics\nExperience with testing frameworks\nHVAC / Water Heating industry experience \nAs a leader at Rheem, how you achieve results is as important as the results you achieve.
