role will support Rheem North America, located in Montgomery, AL.\n Support systems engineers in defining and maintaining system-level product requirements and specifications.\nAnalyze interactions between mechanical, electrical, thermal, controls, and software subsystems.\nSupport product testing, data collection, and analysis to evaluate system performance and reliability.\nAssist with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of engineering and product issues.\nDevelop engineering documentation, diagrams, test procedures, and technical reports.\nParticipate in design reviews, technical meetings, and cross-functional engineering activities.\nAssist with verification and validation activities to ensure products meet defined requirements.\nPerform other engineering projects and analyses as assigned.\n Required:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nInterest in learning how complex engineered products operate as integrated systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nPreferred:\nExperience with CAD, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, LabVIEW, or similar engineering tools.\nExperience collecting, analyzing, and presenting engineering test data.\nFamiliarity with requirements management, system modeling, or product
