- Maintain a performance oriented GeoServer and database

- Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, or comparable
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in .NET Backend engineering and hands on experience with geo data
- Proficient with geospatial .NET libraries (such as NetTopologySuite) for spatial data manipulation
- Strong PostGIS experience, including spatial indexing (GiST), complex SQL geometric queries, and coordinate system (EPSG) transformations
- Practical knowledge of GeoServer (REST API management, layer styling via SLD, and caching) and OGC standards (WMS, WFS, WCS, Vector Tiles)
- Experience building automated data pipelines utilizing GDAL/OGR via C# wrappers or command-line integration
- Very good English and Hungarian language skills,s written and spoken (C1-C2 Hungarian is an advantage)
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate good level of self-initiatives
- Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure
- Very good cooperational skills
- Willingness to travel in Europe for business
