Resumo da Função:

  • Gestão de Incidentes e Mudanças: coordenação ágil na resolução de falhas (MTTR) e condução de implementações de infraestrutura com mínimo impacto operacional.
  • Otimização de Custos: identificação e execução de melhorias operacionais que reduzam despesas (OPEX) sem comprometer a qualidade dos serviços.
  • Gestão de Indicadores e SLAs: definição, monitoramento e garantia de cumprimento de indicadores-chave de desempenho e acordos de nível de serviço.

Requisitos principais:

  • Formação ensino médio | curso técnico.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens
