01 VAGA - FISCAL TÉCNICO EM EDIFICAÇÕES (PLENO)

Contratação: CLT 1 ano, e renovável em até 10 anos.

Formato: Presencial

Jornada: Segunda à Sexta-feira (escala 5x2)

Horário: Das 08hs às 18hs com 1:15 de intervalo

Salário: R$3.121,30 + VT + VA R$ 557,44 + Plano de saúde (SECONCI) + Café da manhã na empresa + Seguro de vida.

Escolaridade:

  • CURSO TÉCNICO DE NÍVEL MÉDIO EM EDIFICAÇÕES.
  • REGISTRO PROFISSIONAL REGULAR NO SISTEMA CFT/CRT.
  • HABILITAÇÃO PARA EXERCÍCIO DAS ATRIBUIÇÕES PROFISSIONAIS E EMISSÃO DE TRT, QUANDO EXIGIDO.

CONHECIMENTOS DESEJÁVEIS:

  • AUTOCAD OU SOFTWARE CAD EQUIVALENTE.
  • EXCEL, WORD E LEITURA DE PLANILHAS ORÇAMENTÁRIAS.
  • MEDIÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS, QUANTITATIVOS E CONTROLE DE QUALIDADE.
  • EXPERIÊNCIA EM OBRAS PÚBLICAS, REFORMAS OU AMBIENTES HOSPITALARES.

Desejável: 1 a 3 anos de experiência na função.

  • ACOMPANHAMENTO E FISCALIZAÇÃO DE OBRAS CIVIS E REFORMAS.
  • ANÁLISE E INTERPRETAÇÃO DE PROJETOS DE ENGENHARIA E ARQUITETURA.
  • CONFERÊNCIA DE SERVIÇOS EXECUTADOS E MEDIÇÕES.
  • VERIFICAÇÃO DE MATERIAIS, PROCEDIMENTOS CONSTRUTIVOS E QUALIDADE DA EXECUÇÃO.
  • ACOMPANHAMENTO DE CRONOGRAMAS E REGISTRO DE NÃO CONFORMIDADES.
  • ELABORAÇÃO DE RELATÓRIOS TÉCNICOS, REGISTROS FOTOGRÁFICOS E DIÁRIOS DE OBRA.
  • APOIO À EQUIPE DE ENGENHARIA NA SUPERVISÃO E FISCALIZAÇÃO CONTRATUAL.
