In this role, you will play an important part in receiving, handling, and shipping products safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced aerospace environment.\n What You Will Do?\nReceive, put away, pick, pack, and ship materials accurately and efficiently\nUnpack incoming tools, clean and prepare them, and arrange them on workbenches for technical evaluation\nBuild and repair crates and pallets to safely prepare products for outbound shipment\nUse the ERP system to enter data, manage orders, check stock, and support daily warehouse activities\nComplete and verify paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs documents\nSupport inventory accuracy by locating, counting, and reconciling materials\nHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to safely load, unload, and move goods\nWork effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team\nTake on other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned\nQualifications\n What You Will Bring?\nEducationHigh school diploma or GED\n\nWarehouse ExperienceAt least two years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment\nForklift and pallet jack experience preferred, with the ability to obtain required certifications\n\nSkills and AbilitiesReliable follow-through and the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time\nAbility to design and build crates for overseas shipments, including fragile items and products with complex shapes\nAbility to safely use basic power and hand tools, banding and packaging equipment, and other warehouse tools\nExperience using an ERP system to support warehouse activities\nStrong attention to detail with an organized and accurate approach to work\nClear verbal communication skills\n\nSkills That Are a PlusExperience with international shipping, logistics, and U.S. Customs requirements\nBasic computer skills, including Excel, Word, email, and ERP data entry\nAbility to read blueprints\nStrong written communication skills\n\n Benefits and Additional Information\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and overall well-being.
