preparation of financial statements and management reports.\n\nPerform data entry and help maintain accurate, organized financial records.\n\nSupport the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.\n\nAssist with bank statement reconciliation and monitor company expenditures.\n\nReview staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.\n\nSupport the finance team during month-end and year-end closing procedures.\n\nAssist in gathering documentation for audits and compliance-related matters.\n\nMaintain accounting documents and digital files, ensuring completeness and accuracy.\n\nAssist in preparing basic tax filings and statutory reporting schedules.\n\nPerform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned to support the team.\n\nRequirements\n\nCurrently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nBasic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.\n\nNice to have: Familiarity with QuickBooks or prior exposure to agency accounts.\n\nWhat You’ll Gain\n\nHands-on experience with real financial
