Responsibillites\n\nAssist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.\n\nPerform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.\n\nProcess accounts payable and receivable transactions.\n\nReconcile bank statements and monitor company expenditures.\n\nHandle staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.\n\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.\n\nSupport the finance team in audits and compliance-related matters.\n\nMaintain accounting documents and records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.\n\nAssist in preparing tax filings and statutory reporting.\n\nPerform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.\n\nExperience in using Quickbook and handling agency accounts will be added advantage.\n\nRequirements\n\nDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n\n0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).\n\nBasic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility
