This role supports production operations by performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, tools, and facility systems.\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.\nRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.\nRead and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders.\nAssist with equipment installation, setup, and calibration.\nEnsure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.\nCollaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment problems and improve processes.\nMaintain an organized work area and contribute to 5S/continuous improvement efforts.\nEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:\nPre-employment Qualifications: Pass pre-employment drug screen, acceptable background check results including criminal history.\nEducation and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or associate degree preferred. 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nLanguage Skills: Individuals must have good written and oral communication skills.\nReasoning Ability: Strong attention to detail is also required\nComputer Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Skilled with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment.
