Everyone at Rho goes beyond their job description - whether it's hiring for a G&A role or guiding someone to their interview room, this role is no exception.\nWhat You Bring\n5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience\n\nA passion for experimentation and craft: you multiply your leverage with AI, try new tools, and refuse to stop until you get it right.\n\nExperience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services, or similarly rigorous orgs).\n\nHigh ownership and accountability-you take responsibility for getting the job done.\n\nStrong knowledge of the talent market-where to find excellent builders, and how to speak their language.\n\nOperational excellence-you know how to run a disciplined search and coach hiring managers along the way.\n\nClear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.\n\nA bias toward action and sense of ownership.\n\nOur people are our most valuable asset. Our target compensation range for this role is:\nNYC: $120,000 - $220,000\n\nSalt Lake City: $90,000 - $156,000\n\nwith variation based on relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
