We've raised over $450M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up to make generalist robotics a reality.\nWe are looking for an Engineering Product Manager to drive the development of our robot data collection systems.\nYou will translate research needs into product requirements, build and test prototypes, and work with internal teams and global engineering partners to drive system development, validation, and delivery.\nResponsibilities\nOwn product requirements for robot data collection systems.\n\nLead hands-on prototyping to define and validate new product concepts (e.g., grippers, sensor modules, end effectors), and feed the results back into product requirements.\n\nEvaluate and benchmark key components such as cameras, motors, IMUs, and tactile sensors against system requirements.\n\nDrive hardware and software development across sensing, calibration, synchronization, and system integration.\n\nTrack technical issues, validation, schedule, and delivery.\n\nWork closely with Research and Data teams to quickly iterate system requirements.\n\nCoordinate technical discussions with global engineering and manufacturing partners, including on-site support at partner factories as needed.\n\nQualifications\nBS or MS in EE, ME, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields;
