Along the way, you’ll build relationships with passive talent, assess candidate qualifications, and help hiring teams make thoughtful, timely decisions.\nThis is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who brings strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage searches independently. You’ll have ownership of your requisitions, contribute practical improvements to the hiring process, and deliver a responsive, organized experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and select Engineering, Finance, People, and Operations positions.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.\n\nBuild candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, personalized outreach, referrals, and inbound applications.\n\nScreen candidates for relevant experience, motivation, and alignment with role requirements.\n\nManage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring-team feedback to keep searches moving.\n\nLead debriefs and advise hiring managers on candidate selection.\n\nPartner with leadership and HR on offer approvals, negotiation, and closing.\n\nMaintain accurate ATS records, share pipeline updates, and improve day-to-day recruiting practices.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house, agency, or combined environment, with a focus on sales and other go-to-market roles.\nDemonstrated success recruiting for sales and other go-to-market roles.\n\nExperience independently managing searches and advising hiring managers throughout the hiring process.\n\nStrong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates.\n\nThe ability to assess candidate experience against clear hiring criteria and communicate recommendations.\n\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple concurrent searches.\n\nClear communication and sound judgment when handling confidential information.\n\nExperience using an ATS (Lever), and sourcing tools (Juicebox, LI Recruiter).\n\nNice to Have\nExperience recruiting for a B2B SaaS, hardware, or technology company.\n\nFamiliarity with channel sales, partner ecosystems, or physical
