Our RhythmStar mobile cardiac monitoring system is the industry's first cloud-based, all-in-one patient monitoring solution which features a single-component, multi-modality monitor.RhythMedix is launching the industry’s first multi-modality wearable monitor that includes built in cellular technology for real time patient monitoring.\nWe offer a competitive employment package as well as a great company culture that encourages both individual and team growth.\nThis is an exciting time to become a part of our team, as our company continues to grow!\nRole and Responsibilities\nManaging patients time on service from baseline to EOS\nChecking to ensure new patients put on service have viable baselines\nFlipping patient study type if indicated by billing\nEntering accounts and notification changes after they are approved and any special instructions for the technicians \nTracking/troubleshooting non-compliant patients/lead reversal, etc.\nTroubleshooting for potential monitor replacements\nNotifying practice of any delay/interruption in service or early discharge\nInforming billing of cancelled studies\nHandling any complaints and ensure the proper follow up is completed\nProperly documenting patient records\nHandling all inbound calls from patients on the toll-free line \nHelp in developing efficiencies and new protocol for clinical admin department\nHandling Customer Service/portal emails \nProcessing of report requests\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nPreferred Skills\n· Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n· Strong leadership abilities\n· Training skills preferred\n· Comfortable with technology\nCustomer service experience\nAdditional Notes\nEmployee must have reliable transportation to get to and from our location in Mt.
