Our Cardiac Monitoring solutions use cellular networks to send real time medical data to a central monitoring center. Our RhythmStar® mobile cardiac monitoring system is the industry's first cloud-based, all-in-one patient monitoring solution which features a single-component, multi-modality monitor.\nRhythMedix has launched the industry's first multi-modality wearable monitor that includes built in cellular technology for real time patient monitoring.\nPOSITION SUMMARY: Works with the Logistics team and others to support the cleaning, prepping and shipping of Rhythmstar monitors along with any accessories.\nKEY RESPONSIBLITIES:\nAble to manage the process of the shipping department which includes but is not limited to Inbound shipments, Outbound shipments, Inventory management, Logistics management, supporting the Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Clinical, IT, etc. departments, crisis management and other duties as assigned.\nMust be able to manage a staff of 12 or more at all times.\nMust be adaptable and able to change procedures, directions or tasks at a moments notice.\nResponsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning in order to ship and receive products at the store in a productive and cost-efficient manner\nEnsure all associates are trained and following all standard operating procedures\nSupport the Director of Logistics in hiring, onboarding, training\nManage timekeeping and timesheet compliance in the HR & Payroll system\nHandle general employee inquiries and solves problems (e.g. generally directing tasks for the day)\nAssist in tracking and improving department KPIs as well as process improvement measures\nParticipate in cost reduction or carrier optimization\nQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:\n1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment)\nHigh School diploma required\nAble to work onsite five (5) days/week\nAvailable to work extended hours, off hours and/or weekends on an as needed or permanent basis\nExcellent customer service, interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills\nAbility to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company\nEffective communication skills (oral and written)\nCompetent in performing basic mathematical calculations\nStrong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based system (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other company software programs)\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAssociates’ degree\nExperience with common carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL, freight brokers)\nFamiliarity with inventory or shipping systems (WMS, ERP, barcode scanning)\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nLifting up to 50 pounds, most frequently 10-25 pounds\nMust be able to stand for 2/3 or more of the workday\nPushing/pulling required when moving carts, approximately 1/3 - 2/3 of the workday\nFrequently walk short distances, occurring 1/3 - 2/3 of the workday\nOccasional keyboard use, up to 1/3 of the workday\nRepetitive hand usage via gripping and rotating wrists and fine manipulation of fingers for assembly/disassembly and cleaning devices, approximately 1/3 - 2/3 of the workday\nReaching for items on shelves that are 4-6 feet high, on occasion up to 1/3 of the workday\nAbility to handle rubbing alcohol to clean returned equipment\nBENEFITS:\nCompetitive salary and bonus structure\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nRetirement savings plan - 401(k) - with company match\nPaid time off (PTO) and holidays\nProfessional development and training opportunities\nEmployee wellness programs\nRMX Monitoring, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
