LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.\nReview resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.\nConduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills and experience.\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and clients.\nMaintain an active pipeline of qualified IT candidates.\nWork closely with the recruitment and business development teams to understand client requirements.\nFollow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.\nCoordinate offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.\nAchieve individual and team recruitment targets.\n\nRequired Qualifications3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.\nExperience in US IT recruitment/staffing will be an added advantage.\nGood understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and skill sets.\nHands-on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood candidate engagement and follow-up skills.\nAbility to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.\nStrong negotiation and coordination skills.\nAbility to work independently and meet recruitment targets.\nWillingness to work in the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift.\n\nPreferred CandidateCandidates with experience in US IT
