This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy, data, and technology, partnering closely with Revenue, Trading, Product, Finance, and Technology teams.\nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with imperfect data, and motivated to move beyond spreadsheets toward scalable, automated decision-support systems.\nRoles & ResponsibilitiesEconomic & Revenue Modeling\nBuild and maintain economic models to evaluate pricing strategies, fees, FX spreads, partner economics, and corridor profitability.\nPerform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and stress modeling to support commercial and strategic decisions.\nTranslate business questions into reusable, scalable quantitative frameworks.\nData Mining & Analysis\nExtract, clean, and analyze large datasets from transactional, pricing, partner, and market sources.\nIdentify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities impacting revenue, margin, and growth.\nDevelop clear, executive-ready insights from complex datasets.\nSystems & Automation\nHelp define and prototype analytical systems that reduce manual and ad-hoc analysis.\nPartner with Engineering, Product, and BI teams to design data pipelines, model logic, and system-ready specifications.\nSupport the evolution of pricing, revenue, and decision-support engines.\nCross-Functional Support\nPartner with Revenue Management, Trading, Finance, and Product on partner negotiations, deal economics, new corridor or product launches, and optimization initiatives.\nSupport leadership with ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and strategic evaluations.\nRequired QualificationsStrong analytical background in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience building economic or financial models, including pricing, unit economics, or margin analysis.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of SQL.\nExperience working with large, imperfect, or fragmented datasets.\nAbility to communicate complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred QualificationsExperience with Python, R, or similar analytical languages.\nExposure to data engineering, BI tools, or system design concepts.\nExperience in financial services, payments, FX, fintech, or marketplace businesses.\nExperience translating analytical logic into production systems or prototypes.\nPosition RequirementsA problem-solver, not just a reporter.\nAble to turn ambiguity into structure.\nComfortable working across business, data, and technology teams.\nCurious, rigorous, and commercially minded.\nWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to helping us scale and professionalize revenue decision-making, moving from static analysis to system-driven, repeatable economic intelligence.
