This role supports security monitoring, incident response, threat investigation, and administration of key security platforms including SentinelOne and Zscaler. Working within the Digital Security team, the analyst will help strengthen the first line of defence, improve security operations maturity, and provide consistent security support across global regions while collaborating closely with IT teams and managed security service providers.\nKey responsibilities\nSecurity Monitoring & Incident Management\nMonitor, investigate, and triage security alerts and suspicious activities. Coordinate incident containment, remediation, and escalation activities. Support threat investigations and response efforts with MDR partners.\n Security Platform Administration (SentinelOne & Zscaler)\nAdminister and support SentinelOne EDR/XDR, Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms. Manage security policies, platform configurations, and operational troubleshooting. Assist with cybersecurity tool deployment, onboarding, and maintenance.\nCybersecurity Service Operations\nManage security-related service requests and user support tickets. Support operational security processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, identity, and application teams on security matters.\nEssential requirements\n2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC, or security administration roles.\nHands-on experience with EDR/XDR, MDR, SIEM, or security monitoring technologies.\nExperience administering SentinelOne, Zscaler, or equivalent security platforms.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.\nUnderstanding of incident response, threat detection, and security operations processes.\nDesired skills\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and investigative capabilities.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with managed security service providers and internal stakeholders.\nStrong customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills.\nCuriosity and continuous-learning mindset with a focus on improving cybersecurity operations and resilience.\nCollaborative approach aligned with ownership, accountability, and operational excellence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, security administration, or a SOC environment.\nRelevant certifications are advantageous, including: CompTIA Security+ SC-900 / SC-200 Microsoft Security Certifications Zscaler Certifications SentinelOne Certifications\nRIB may require all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
