Interface Administrator specializing in MuleSoft to manage, monitor, support, and maintain enterprise integrations across cloud and on-premises systems.\nThe role requires hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and a strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, API security, integration troubleshooting, and production support.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with application teams, Salesforce administrators/developers, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure data exchange between enterprise applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nMuleSoft Administration & Operations\nAdminister and support MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments, including Development, Test, UAT, and Production.\nMonitor Mule applications, APIs, interfaces, queues, transactions, and integration jobs.\nPerform deployments, configuration changes, environment management, and application restarts.\nMonitor application performance using Anypoint Monitoring and related logging/monitoring tools.\nTroubleshoot failed integrations, API errors, connectivity problems, authentication failures, and performance issues.\nSupport CloudHub, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and on-premises/hybrid Mule runtime environments.\nManage API policies, certificates, credentials, properties, secrets, and environment-specific configurations.\nCoordinate platform upgrades, Mule runtime updates, certificate renewals, and maintenance activities.\nSalesforce Integration\nSupport integrations
