In this hybrid role, you will combine software development and testing to deliver stable, high-performing, and user-friendly solutions.\nYou will work closely with business departments, architects, and international teams, actively contributing to the continuous optimization of our CRM landscape.\nKey Responsabilities\nSalesforce Development & Flow Governance: Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, and modern Lightning Web Components (LWC). Apply sound Flow governance by choosing Salesforce Flows for declarative automation where appropriate and programmatic solutions, such as Apex trigger frameworks, when complexity, scalability, or maintainability requires it.\n\nCustomization & Enhancement: Create and maintain triggers, classes, batch processes, and REST/SOAP interfaces to extend platform functionality. Integrate external systems and APIs to optimize business processes.\n\nIntegration & System Landscape: Support the integration of Salesforce into the existing IT landscape (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, middleware platforms) and contribute to the implementation of end-to-end business processes.\n\nBlueprint-Based Implementation & Collaboration: Implement Salesforce solutions based on technical blueprints and architectural guidance provided by the Solution Architect. Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure accurate execution, alignment with requirements, and clear documentation of all developments.\n\nTesting & Quality Assurance: Design and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure functionality, integration, and performance. Perform regression testing and support user acceptance testing while ensuring adherence to quality standards.\n\nIssue Analysis & Optimization: Identify, document, and resolve defects and performance issues. Collaborate closely with developers and administrators to implement sustainable solutions.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Support: Stay up to date with Salesforce development, releases, and best practices. Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development and testing processes.\n\nEssential Requirements\nSuccessfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification\n\nSeveral years of hands-on experience (2-5+ years) in Salesforce development and/or testing\n\nStrong knowledge of: Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Components; Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP); Salesforce data model and security concepts\n\nExperience in: Development and enhancement of Salesforce applications; Apex unit testing, test automation, and ensuring code quality within CI/CD processes; integration of third-party systems and interfaces, including event-driven architecture and Salesforce Pub/Sub API\n\nStrong analytical thinking, structured working style, and high-quality orientation\n\nTeam player with the ability to work in an international environment\n\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or higher)\n\nExperience with Copado (CI/CD for Salesforce) or comparable DevOps tools in the Salesforce ecosystem\n\nFluent English skills (minimum C1 level)\n\nAdvantageous\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)\n\nKnowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)\n\nExperience in a B2B software or SaaS environment\n\nBasic knowledge of adjacent systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)\n\nMotivated by our values and vision, we drive digital transformation for our customers-for a digital, more efficient, and more sustainable engineering and construction industry. “Building Better Together” is more than just a slogan for us.
