In this hybrid role, you will combine software development and testing to deliver stable, high-performing, and user-friendly solutions.\nYou will work closely with business departments, architects, and international teams, actively contributing to the continuous optimization of our CRM landscape.\nYour new area of responsibility:\nSalesforce Development:\nDesign, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and high-performing.\nCustomization & Enhancement:\nCreate and maintain triggers, classes, batch processes, and REST/SOAP interfaces to extend platform functionality. Integrate external systems and APIs to optimize business processes.\nIntegration & System Landscape:\nSupport the integration of Salesforce into the existing IT landscape (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, middleware platforms) and contribute to the implementation of end-to-end business processes.\nRequirements Implementation & Collaboration:\nWork closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure clear and structured documentation of developments.\nTesting & Quality Assurance:\nDesign and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure functionality, integration, and performance. Perform regression testing and support user acceptance testing while ensuring adherence to quality standards.\nIssue Analysis & Optimization:\nIdentify, document, and resolve defects and performance issues. Collaborate closely with developers and administrators to implement sustainable solutions.\nContinuous Improvement & Support:\nStay up to date with Salesforce development, releases, and best practices. Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development and testing processes.\nYour profile:\nSuccessfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification\nSeveral years of hands-on experience (5+ Years) in Salesforce development and/or testing\nStrong knowledge of:\nApex, JavaScript, and Lightning Components\nSalesforce APIs (REST, SOAP)\nSalesforce data model and security concepts\nExperience in:\nDevelopment and enhancement of Salesforce applications\nTesting methodologies (manual and automated) and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Salesforce DX)\nIntegration of third-party systems and interfaces\nStrong analytical thinking, structured working style, and high quality orientation\nTeam player with the ability to work in an international environment\nFluent English skills (minimum C1 level)\nNice to have\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or higher)\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)\nKnowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)\nExperience in a B2B software or SaaS environment\nBasic knowledge of adjacent systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)\nExperience with Copado (CI/CD for Salesforce) or comparable DevOps tools in the Salesforce ecosystem\nRIB may require all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
