Job Duties
The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and perform basic mathematical calculations involving figures and amounts, including percentages, flow rates, and temperature conversions.
Candidates must be able to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. The employee should also be able to identify and resolve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds and to work effectively under variable outdoor conditions, including both heat and cold. Employees must be comfortable climbing ladders up to 50 feet and must not have a fear of heights. Job responsibilities also include loading and unloading various products on and off trucks and trailers.
Education and Experience Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Two to five years of manufacturing experience is also preferred.

The position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
