Manage inquiries from internal and external customers. Ensure compliance with all Richemont Americas policies.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure invoices are processed in SAP timely and accurately per Richemont policies\nWork with Vendors, Brands, and Functional Areas to identify and resolve billing and/or payment issues\nAudit employee expense reports for policy compliance and proper categorization of business expenses. Coordinate payment release or return of reports to employees. Consult with approving managers to resolve deviations from policy.\nRespond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding status of invoices, payments, and expense reports\nCoordinate month and year end closings\nLiaise with Procurement, Vendor Master Data, and Accounting to ensure accurate postings\nQualifications\nMinimum of two years relevant experience.\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel & PowerPoint\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred\nExperience with Concur a plus\nExcellent communication, organization, and customer service skills\nAbility to work both with a team and individually\nTravel to NYC and other domestic locations may be required on occasion\nRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
