Being the brand ambassador to reflect brand image to boutique customers. Attain desired results through creative and effective use of resources, retail and CRM tools. Prepare business analysis and action plans to achieve sales targets. Assist the boutique manager in his/her role.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSALES\nMeet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy (compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations).\nMaximize profit whist controlling & minimizing costs (discount, general expenses, third party commissions).\nRegularly analyze and question missed confirmed sales with Assistant/Boutique Manager, to further refine future sales projections.\nOrganize private viewing with potential VIPs in your region.\nDiscuss business opportunities/Action Plans of potential prospects with Assistant/Boutique Manager.\nAct as a reference in terms of building action plans to achieve personal targets.\nAssist boutique manager in exceeding boutique budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy (compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations).\nAchieve Boutique KPIs defined by Boutique Manager and/or regional brand manager.\nLearn and support the boutique manager with implementing HQ commercial guidelines (Retail Manual).\nSupport the preparation and delivery of monthly boutique meetings and follow-up actions.\nAnalyze each boutique visit with concerned sales member and build action plan to for possible conversion/retention.\nTEAM MANAGEMENT\nAct as a manager-on-duty when the boutique manager is absent\nIdentify and share with the boutique manager the training needs of boutique members.\nEnsure monthly staff programs are planned and communicated to boutique manager.\nResponsible for supporting the boutique manager in integrating and training new and existing team members.\nMonitor staff appearances and behavior, in line with company policy and boutique guidelines (uniform, makeup, language, hair, accessories, etc).\nProvide support to boutique manager in coaching of each boutique member and collective objectives, via (not limited to) team meetings, on the job trainings, assignment of tasks, and feedback on expectations.\nOrganize boutique team schedules and solve conflicts, to ensure work equality of staff in terms of working hours and opportunities.\nSTORE MANAGEMENT\nEnsure Excellence in at outside of the boutique.\nEnsure maximum client welcoming, handling, and servicing.\nDemonstrate brand ambassadorial skills, at any given time, with partners or local dignitaries.\nResponsible for overall appearance and maintenance of the boutique in accordance to brand guidelines and concept.\nAssist in timely boutique implementation and control of any new Visual Merchandizing concepts.\nSTORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT\nLearn and practice compliance with Group and Brand (Retail Manual) procedures.\nAct as a manager-on-duty when the boutique manager is absent.\nActively ensure accuracy of monthly (quarterly, yearly) stocktaking and quality control.\nActively ensuring all measures to avoid stock discrepancies at all times.\nEnsuring maintenance of all boutique timepieces when necessary: changing of straps polishing, servicing, etc.\nWeekly follow up with regional head office for stock replenishments and active order requests.\nFINANCIAL & CASH REGISTER CONTROL\nCompliance with procedures, and with legal, fiscal and customs regulations.\nControl cash register.\nREPORTING\nEnsure timely reporting of sales (daily, monthly) in accordance with boutique brand and sales manager.\nIdentify strengths and weaknesses in existing operation to define action plans for implementation.\nCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES\nSupport and ensure the boutique team confidently delivers Lange selling ceremony.\nBe part of a positive atmosphere within the boutique;
