Attain desired results through proactive and effective use of resources, retail and CRM tools. Prepare business analysis and action plans to achieve sales targets. Assist the boutique manager in his/her role and the Boutique’s day-to-day operations.\nResponsibilities\nSales\nMeet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy\n\nAchieve Boutiques KPIs defined by Boutique Manager and/Retail Director\n\nRegularly analyze and support business opportunities, confirmed sales with Boutique Manager, to further refine future sales projections\n\nLeading sales team of building action plans to achieve Boutique’s targets through elevated Boutique client experiences, sales presentations and maintaining long-term returning client relationships\n\nSupporting Boutique Manager in exceeding boutique budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy\n\nLeading sales team/ support the Boutique Manager with implementing HQ commercial guidelines\n\nSupport the preparation and delivery of monthly boutique meetings and follow-up actions\n\nAnalyze each boutique visit with concerned sales member and build action plan for possible conversion/retention\n\nTeam Management\nAct as manager-on-duty when the boutique manager is absent\n\nIdentify and share with the Boutique Manager the training needs of boutique members\n\nEnsure monthly staff programs are planned and communicated to Boutique Manager\n\nResponsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in integrating and training new and existing team members\n\nMonitor staff appearances and behavior, in line with company policy and boutique guidelines (uniform, makeup, language, hair, accessories, etc.)\n\nStore Operations Management\nLead and adhering all Richemont and Brand audit, regulations and policies\n\nActively ensure accuracy of monthly (quarterly, yearly) stocktaking and quality control\n\nActively ensuring all measures to avoid stock discrepancies at all times\n\nSupporting and leading in all monthly reporting required\n\nSupporting and leading on maintenance of Boutique, front and back of house\n\nCustomer Experience & CRM Related Activities\nSupport and ensure the boutique team confidently delivers Lange selling ceremony\n\nBe part of a positive atmosphere within the boutique; optimistic, constructive, helpful, confident, etc.\n\nEnsure accurate and genuine relationship building with customers.\n\nQualifications\nPossess ‘can do’ attitude and understanding for Luxury retail sales floor operations\n\nBachelor’s Degree\n\n5+ years of prior working experience in Luxury retail management, and Boutique operations with direct reports\n\nExhibits critical thinking skills and is strong in solution oriented\n\nDemonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility\n\nMust be flexible to change and adaptiveness in work responsibilities\n\nAvailability and flexibility to work: days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings, and closings, to meet the needs of the business. As well flexible to travel locally and internationally to support other Boutiques and events when needed\n\nStrong verbal, written and organizational skills\n\nHaving a ‘team player’ spirit and the ability to work well within a group/team dynamic\n\nProficiency with MS Office software required - possess expertise in Excel.
