With more than 25 subsidiaries and 600 boutiques MONTBLANC is present all over the world.\nMAIN PURPOSE\nMaximize boutique performance by achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.\n\nPrioritize product sales and provide expert advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service in accordance with company standards.\n\nContinuously improve sales techniques, expand brand and product knowledge, and refine customer service skills.\n\nAdvise clients to guarantee high-quality service, following Montblanc's standards.\n\nMaintain a cordial and respectful relationship with colleagues to ensure the proper functioning of the Boutique, interacting and providing support whenever necessary.\n\nTake responsibility for product safety and always respect the guidelines of the brand and the Boutique Manager.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSales Management\nManage product sales effectively.\n\nAchieve set sales goals.\n\nHandle the sales process according to the client type.\n\nAdvise clients and ensure their satisfaction.\n\nDevelop sales initiatives.\n\nCustomer Relations\nEnsure customer relations (agreements, service) according to Brand standards.\n\nManage communication with clients (mailings, VIP client actions, telephone assistance, etc.).\n\nIncrease the customer database by providing all relevant information.\n\nTrack customer files.\n\nManage customer complaints together with the ABM.\n\nBrand Presentation\nMaintain consistent adherence to brand presentation standards:\nPersonal appearance and uniform.\n\nLuxurious appearance of the Boutique and displayed products (windows and displays).\n\nMarketing Implementation\nRespect and ensure the implementation of all marketing campaigns.\n\nActively participate in event organization.\n\nBoutique Operations\nEnsure the Boutique's operation in the absence of colleagues.\n\nDemonstrate versatility in cash register and warehouse tasks.\n\nEnsure all sales are correctly processed in the computer system.\n\nProduct Management\nParticipate in inventories.\n\nPrevent potential losses.\n\nCheck merchandise reception.\n\nPrepare merchandise shipments.\n\nTransfer merchandise information.\n\nInformation Management\nProvide all necessary information to the store management to prepare reports.\n\nActively participate in team meetings.\n\nActively participate in training sessions.\n\nRespect all deadlines established by the company for the communication of labor matters (vacation requests, medical registrations and discharges, absences, etc.).\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nBasic Education:\nProven sales experience (required).\n\nCommercial maturity.\n\nSpecific Knowledge:\nKnowledge of the product and the Brand.\n\nProfessional Experience:\nOne year of experience in the type of sales to be performed.\n\nComplementary training: Sales techniques.\n\nOther Skills:\nAbility to impact and communicate with clients.\n\nService orientation -
