As you develop your understanding of the business and its priorities, you will progressively contribute to the monitoring and coordination of strategic initiatives.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nData Analysis and Performance Management\nCollect, consolidate, clean and structure data from multiple sources.\nMap existing data sources and reporting processes and establish consistent data structures and definitions across the department.\nStructure, organize and maintain the department's internal folder hierarchy and shared documentation, ensuring consistency, accessibility and efficient information management.\nConduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.\nDefine, implement and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to support effective performance monitoring.\nEnsure data reliability, consistency, accessibility and traceability.\nDesign charts and visualizations that make results easier to understand.\nDevelop and automate data consolidation, reporting processes and analytical tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of performance management tools.\nStrategic Support to Industrial Department\nSupport leadership team members in preparing meetings, performance reviews and strategic materials.\nContribute to the follow-up of priority projects and action plans.\nCoordinate information gathering across the different functions and our Manufactures (MCCs).\nMonitor selected cross-functional projects.\nProgressively take a more active role in the coordination and follow-up of strategic initiatives as your business understanding and responsibilities develop.\nPreparation of Presentations and Strategic Documents\nDevelop PowerPoint presentations for Management Committees, the Executive Committee, or General Management.\nTurn complex information into simple, structured and visually impactful messages.\nContribute to drafting executive summaries, strategic memos and decision-support documents.\nStructure information to highlight key issues, risks, opportunities and recommendations.\nEnsure a high standard of visual and editorial quality across deliverables.\nLeverage data visualization and Business Intelligence tools to produce clear, reliable and impactful management reporting.\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nYou hold a Master's degree or equivalent from a business school, engineering school, or university, ideally with a strong analytical or data-oriented background.\nYou have two to five years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, business intelligence, strategy, management control, or a similar function.\nYou have excellent command of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Copilot and related tools. Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with data structuring, Power Query and Power BI are highly valued.
