He/she will contribute to the Maison's Insights strategy by assisting on various key projects, providing support for qualitative/quantitative / social research, analyses, actionable recommendations and communication.\nKEY MISSIONS\nI. Team coordination & Budget\nContribute to effective governance by organizing and facilitating meetings:Bi-monthly MCC Insights team meetings\nQuarterly regional calls: assess needs, consolidate presentations\nMeetings with higher management, when needed: (ex: Client Barometer steerco, etc)\n\nHelp build, update and share the MCC Insights roadmap\nCollaborate with Richemont Group teams to ensure visibility and representation of Maison interests in Group-level initiatives\nManage the Budget: work on estimations, ensure the follow-up\nII. Support on specific projects\nAssist the MCC Insights project managers on various projects, including:Support the relationship with external agencies, helping with all project stages, from initial scoping and budgeting to roadmap execution.\nHelp deliver actionable insights from projects, and connect the dots with other data sources to identify key trends and opportunities.\nMore specifically, provide support on:Supporting in agency management tasks\nProduction of study materials (consolidation, reviews, conference preparation)\nReporting and analysis\n\nAssist with foresights delivery, particularly for desk research (collecting, reviewing, and synthesizing existing published data and information)\nJOB PROFILE\nYou have a first experience of at least 2 years in an analyst role, or in consumer research\nYou have a strong analytical skills with the ability to connect the dots between various insights sources\nYou are a good communicator and have good organizational skills\nYou have the ability to manage tasks autonomously under supervision\nYou have the ability to interact with a wide variety of functions\nYou have a client-oriented mindset and a strong team spirit\nYou are fluent in both English & French\nKnowledge of the luxury industry is a plus\nFixed-term contract of a duration of 6 months, starting in December
