community.\nRESPONSABILITÉS\nGérer les applications IT du périmètre Achats, Production & Traçabilité (PLM, SAP…) pour le siège et les régions, de la prise de commande en Showroom \nPréparation Master Data dans le cadres des Showrooms\nGérer les donner de base dans SAP et sur PLM\nPiloter et délivrer des projets : de l'étude et de la définition du besoin au déploiement et à la clôture.\nCoordonner toutes les étapes du projet (assessment, key user tests, cutover, go live, hyper care). \nRecueillir, analyser et remettre en question les besoins d’évolution du Business.\nAssurer le premier niveau d'analyse et de support applicatif sur le périmètre Achats, Production & Traçabilité et, le cas échéant, escalader vers le support niveau 2 Groupe (Richemont).\nÊtre le principal contact de Richemont concernant tous les sujets liés au périmètre Achats, Production & Traçabilité\nAnticiper les nouveaux besoins, en fournissant des solutions techniques lorsque cela est possible ou en se coordonnant avec Group Tech le cas échéant.\nVeiller à l’alignement des solutions avec la stratégie SI du Groupe, et garantir une gouvernance conforme aux exigences de contrôle interne (gestion des changements, habilitations et droits d’accès).\nPROFI L\nFormation type école ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac +5),\n5-7 ans d’expérience dans le déploiement de solutions informatiques (ERP SAP)\nConnaissances fonctionnelles des solutions PLM et SAP\nConnaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile) et des outils (JIRA, Confluence, Monday)\nAutonomie, esprit d’équipe, excellente capacité de communication et fort attrait pour les nouvelles technologies seront indispensables\nAnglais et français
