You will display strong selling and negotiating skills; overcoming objections and asking probing questions to close sales and gain understanding of client needs and motivations.\nUnderstand and answer client expectations: You will handle & solve client inquiries and comfort with outbound calls to continue client relationships. You will provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via email, chat, and social media, meeting our service expectations and follow-up client satisfaction KPIs and answer clients following their questionnaire feedbacks & handle positive action cards.\nMaison identity and expertise: You will know the Maison’s products & history to confidently provide advice to customers and stay abreast of launches, campaigns, and internal processes.\nClient Experience & customer service: You will guarantee consistency across the different channels (online retail, boutiques network) and be responsible for CS activities & ensure customer service excellence. You will provide with care advise on creations, gather client CS information, register the products for repair / maintenance and communicate all relevant information in a pro-active way.
