Act as a referent and offer recommendations that will provide exceptional client experience\n\nRemain knowledgeable on industry news and competitors\n\nAct as a Maison ambassador\nCommunicate with passion about the Maison, demonstrating an extensive knowledge of values, codes and history, and strong capacity to tell a story that will resonate with the customer.\n\nOffer a detailed description of the Maison pieces/collection (including construction, materials, care and design) to reinforce the Maison uniqueness.\n\nDemonstrate a broad knowledge of the Maison collections in order to promote the uniqueness of our garde-temps and adapting the approach to the customer\n\nDeliver daily boutique operations\nUnderstand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison and boutique\n\nAssist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, and communicate on any maintenance issues\n\nAssist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock\n\nActively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare and ensure a successful audit\n\nAssist with special projects, as needed (i.e. price changes, supporting
