Reporting to the Brand Director, Oceania, the Commercial Director is responsible for Vacheron Constantin's operational excellence in Australia and New Zealand, overseeing local operations, merchandising execution, inventory management, and retailer accounts.\nBe One Of Not Many\nHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?\nSupport the Brand Director in driving the annual commercial strategy and overall commercial performance for Vacheron Constantin in Australia and New Zealand.\nEnsure Vacheron Constantin's operational excellence across local operations, merchandising execution, inventory management, and retailer accounts.\nAct as the primary link between the local market and regional/global teams, ensuring strategic alignment with the Maison's operations strategy.\nDrive sales performance across wholesale networks through proactive business analysis, action planning, and identification of growth opportunities.\nOptimize product assortments and manage end-to-end inventory, including planning, stock optimization, and replenishment.\nUphold premium client experience standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational aspects.\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nCommercial Strategy & Performance\nYou will successfully execute the annual commercial strategy, driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets.\nYou will effectively monitor key sales trends and productivity indicators to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.\nYou will ensure consistent representation of Maison standards and brand equity across all points of sale within the wholesale network.\nWholesale Network Management\nYou will manage and develop strong day-to-day relationships with wholesale partners.\nYou will oversee network performance, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory turnover, and productivity metrics.\nYou will collaborate with retailers to develop and implement successful local commercial initiatives.\nInventory & Supply Chain Optimization\nYou will partner with Regional Merchandising teams to develop optimal product assortments and allocation strategies.\nYou will manage end-to-end inventory, ensuring stock health, and coordinating product launches and special orders.\nYou will ensure accurate inventory records and compliance with Richemont operational standards.\nOperational Excellence & Business Systems\nYou will prepare comprehensive sales and operational reports for the Brand Director.\nYou will maintain data integrity across all Richemont and Maison systems, acting as the Local Key User for relevant business applications.\nYou will support continuous process improvements and system optimization to enhance operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nA university degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience within luxury retail, wholesale, commercial operations, or business management.\nProven experience within the luxury goods, watchmaking, jewellery, fashion, or premium retail sectors.\nStrong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and operational performance.\nAdvanced analytical skills, with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar business systems.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nBeing highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational rigor.\nAn autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.\nYou are:\nA strategic thinker with a passion for driving commercial success.\nA natural leader who can foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nDetail-oriented and committed to operational excellence.\nHOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?\nAs a significant member of the Vacheron Constantin community, you are also part of a much bigger family at Richemont.
