through a process of permanent creativity.\nYOUR MISSION:\nTo ensure the physical movement of products both in and out of the Technical Center, ensure that this is correctly documented, the computer records match the movement of stock.\nOrganize transport of stock for Retail and Wholesale.\nOrganize and export returns shipments and CS shipments abroad.\nTo follow Procedures, the Richemont transport directives and ensure products are moved in a secure and compliant way at all times ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.\nHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?\nInbound process:\nEnsure parcels received are opened within an authorized Inbound area and within the timeframe outlined in our KPI’s\nOperation of shutter and physically taking in deliveries, whilst ensuring all procedures are followed\nQuality check and packaging/document checks to be performed\nGoods received in SAP\nArticles put away in their dedicated area or passed to the next workstation heading to\nCheck systems on discrepancies or missing SAP flow to ensure any products residue(not received) and up to date \nOutbound process:\nProcess transfers and ODN’s via SAP\nPick & Pack goods per destination, checking serial number and quality.\nCreate shipments and book the appropriate carrier according to the Transport Directive.\nEnsure all shipments are processed within the requested time frame to avoid delays, and within our KPI’s.\nE-CS management:\nManage E-CS shipments, quality check products, complete SAP flow correctly.\nPack according to each Maison’s E-CS packing guidelines.\nLiaise with CRC/Maisons in case of discrepancies and 3rd choice information.\nLiaise with CRC/Maisons concerning faulty or damaged products.\nPrepare export documentation and liaise with carriers to organize shipping\nEnsure SAP is updated and stock cleared every day-end\nundefined\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nLogistics and stock management experience, min 1 years\nFlexible, able to work as part of a team as well as independently\nQuick to react and able to prioritize\nOpen-minded regarding projects and changes\nAble to work under pressure\nEfficient and organized, with good time management
