S/he will map and improve all the processes being in a constant communication with the logistics and supply chain departments of the maisons for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.\nHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?\nSpecifically, you will be in charge of the following activities:\nManaging customer requests through SAP Portal.\nMonitoring requests and resolving customer concerns promptly.\nCoordinating with internal teams (technicians, R&D, logistics) to ensure timely responses.\nManaging documentation and reports related to after-sales activities.\nManaging spare parts flow: initial definition, master data creation and online catalogue maintenance.\nSupporting the development of tailored solutions based on customer needs.\nReview the internal processes applying the continuous improvement approach.\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.\nPrevious experience in buying/logistic/e-commerce management/planning activities.\nFluency in English (B2+);
