This role is crucial in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable platforms to support Richemont Maisons’ online experiences. \nAs a DevOps Engineer, you will focus on containerization, orchestration, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD automation. You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.\nWorking in a global, cross-functional environment, you will help optimize DevOps practices, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and drive continuous improvements. You will also contribute to monitoring, logging, and performance optimization, ensuring seamless digital experiences for customers.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport delivery teams by automating the integration of developed products/solutions (e.g., Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment)\nCollaborate with the DevSecOps team to build, enhance, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines\nDesign, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices alongside other DevOps engineers\nPartner with Test Automation Engineers to set up and improve dedicated pipelines\n§ Maintain strong expertise and knowledge of DevOps processes, tools and techniques\nWork closely with development teams to ensure products/solutions are designed for security, scalability, performance, and operability in line with Group Technology standards\nTroubleshoot, debug, and maintain products/solutions, ensuring the corresponding technical documentation is up to date\nConfigure and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to track application performance and infrastructure health\nRecommend improvements to products/solutions based on ongoing evaluations\nParticipate in Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, if applicable.\nMentor development teams into DevOps practice\nREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\nTechnical Skills\n5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer\nExperience with decoupled/composable architecture\nStrong experience in building, automating and deploying software to production\nHands-on experience with microservices architecture and infrastructure automation\nExperience in Digital platforms is an asset\nDevOps & Tooling\nRequired:Linux bash operations and scripting (sed, awk, grep...)\nPython scripting\nGit workflows\nSQL databases\nDocker & Kubernetes\nAWS Cloud Infrastructure\nTerraform (IaC)\nCI/CD tools
